The following Terms of Business apply for the use of the products supplied by Every Last Crumb. In these Terms & Conditions, the “we”, “us” or “our” means the services of Michaela Liedl (ABN: 30 368 535 434), trading as Every Last Crumb.
All pricing is in Australian dollars (AUD) and GST free.
Every Last Crumb offers a delivery service that will guarantee an order arrives in pristine condition. We will repair or remedy any damage, if it occurs in transit with the Every Last Crumb delivery service. Our delivery service is subject to the delivery location and the availability of our driver and requires approval from Every Last Crumb If we are able to deliver to your location, we will arrange for the order to be delivered to the address provided. We cannot guarantee delivery by the chosen time-slot due to factors outside of control, such as traffic. Payment for all deliveries must be made in full before the order leaves our kitchen. Customers must ensure a person is available to receive a delivery during the time-slot chosen. Once a product is delivered and signed by an authorised person, Every Last Crumb releases all responsibility for the condition of the product. We are unable to provide a refund for the order and Every Last Crumb will not be held responsible for the condition of an order once the cake has been received by the venue.
CAKE ORDERING POLICY
Orders can be made over the phone, in writing or online with at least 24 hours notice and are subject to our availability. All orders require full payment once confirmed by Every Last Crumb unless an invoice agreement has been established. Every Last Crumb accepts MasterCard and Visa credit/debit cards.
Cancellations will be accepted up to two (2) business days prior to the scheduled delivery/pick up time only. Cancellation must be submitted in writing to email@example.com. No refunds will be provided for orders that are cancelled with less than two (2) days notice to agreed pickup/delivery date due to costs incurred by the initiation of an order.
Amendments to an order are permissionable up to two (2) days prior to the scheduled deliver/pickup time and must be submitted in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
In Australia customers are protected by Australian Consumer Guarantees and our Terms & Conditions are in accordance with the Australian consumer legislation – Please click here to access the Australian Consumer Guarantees website. You are entitled to a repair, replacement or in some cases, a refund only when a product is not of acceptable quality, as outlined by the Australian Consumer Legislation referred to above.
Every Last Crumb is not to be held responsible for damage that may occur to an order after pickup or delivery. We will take all care and effort to ensure the integrity and quality of all products. Every order that leaves our kitchen is created with the highest care possible; therefore once an order is received by a customer we relinquish all responsibility for an order’s condition and appearance as we simply no longer have control over the appearance of the product. We provide customers with special handling instructions once order has been received and again upon pick up/delivery. If an order is damaged during transit it is at the discretion of Every Last Crumb to remedy accidental customer damage. No refund will be given if a customer fails to collect an order.
We proud ourselves to exceptional customer service and only use quality products. If a customer is dissatisfied with our products or service, we encourage customers to email email@example.com should they wish to provide us with feedback. Complaints will be effectively assessed and responded to within two (2) business days.
ARTISTIC LICENCE DISCLAIMER
All our products are handmade and may not always look the same. Fruits and Vegetables as well as cake garnishes will change from time to time depending on their seasonal availability. Where a certain styling element is unavailable, we will do our best to replace the element with another to maintain the artistic integrity of the finished cake. We are not able to offer a refund for a cake that does not look identically like another photo.
